The Challenge

Nebras had a strong concept: a marketplace for buying, selling, and exchanging books. But visitors couldn't quickly understand how it worked or why the points system made it worth signing up. The site wasn't converting browsers into active sellers.

What I Did

Rebuilt the information architecture to surface the book discovery experience immediately, and simplified the onboarding flow so new users could understand the rewards system in under 30 seconds. Prioritised performance and clean UI hierarchy throughout.

The Result

A marketplace experience that feels as intuitive as browsing a real bookshop. Visitors now understand the value immediately and the path from discovery to listing a book is clear from the first visit.

The Challenge

MagnaTech had built a genuinely powerful AI-driven distribution management platform used across the Middle East. They needed a website that could clearly communicate that value to logistics and retail decision-makers without losing them in technical complexity.

What I Did

Built the site from the ground up with a focus on clear messaging and user flow. Structured the content around different buyer personas so each visitor could immediately see how MagnaPrime solves their specific operation, from van sales to last-mile delivery.

The Result

A B2B site that communicates enterprise-grade capability in plain language. Decision-makers arrive on a page that speaks directly to their problem and guides them naturally toward booking a demo.
